IN pursuance of the provisions of rule 9 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Governor is pleased to recognise M/s Lucknow Hazardous Training School, Plot No.27, Khasra No. 907, Saraiya Tola, Madiyaon, Jankipuram, Lucknow for imparting the training under the said rule, to a person driving a goods carriage carrying goods of dangerous or hazardous nature to human life subject to the condition that the said institute shall obtain a licence in form as prescribed in Government order no. 14/2023/603/XXX-4- 2023-99-98, dated April 27, 2023 from the concerned Deputy Transport Commissioner (Zone).
