IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 12 of 2017), read with sub rule (2) of rule 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Sixtieth Amendment) Rules, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), issued vide Notification no. 511/XI-2-23-9(42)/17-T.C.66-U.P.GST Rules-2017-Order-(274)-2023, dated April 24, 2023 the Governor is pleased to appoint the 14th day of March, 2025 as the date on which the provisions of rule 2 of the said rules shall be deemed to have come into force.
