IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 31/2025/ 994/XXX-3-2025 dated April 22, 2025:

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules, with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Transport (Subordinate) Technical Service Rules 1980 :

THE UTTAR PRADESH TRANSPORT (SUBORDINATE) TECHNICAL SERVICE (FIFTH AMENDMENT) RULES, 2025

Short title and 1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Transport (Subordinate)
