IN exercise of the power under Section-15 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023) the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from May 14, 2025 till June 17, 2025 all the Superintendents of the examination centres of even Semester Papers/Annual Examination /Special back paper examination May-June, 2025 of Council of Technical Education as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all powers of the Executive Magistrate as are conferrable under the said Sanhita on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centers of which they are the Superintendents.
