eksfgr xqIrk] 2 mÙkj çns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 6 twu] 2025 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 926/VI-P-9–2025- 1723434, dated June 6, 2025:

IN exercise of the power under Section 15 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 45 of 2023) the Governor is pleased to appoint from the date of issue of Notification till December 31, 2025 for Festivals like Moharram, Janmshtami, Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Baravafat, Deepavali etc., Shravan Jhula Mela, Deepotsav 2025 and Parikrama/Kartik Purnima Mela and other events in the District to maintain law & order, all Gazetted Officers and Subordinate Gazetted Officers of all departments of the State Government posted in District and all officers holding posts carrying the Pay Level-6 Rs. 35400-112400 (Previously Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-34800, Pay Grade Rs. 4200) and above in Local Authorities and Corporations or Bodies owned and controlled by the State Government, posted in District Ayodhya, as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Sanhita on such Executive Magistrates, to be exercised within the limits of District Ayodhya, in which they are for the time being posted.
