IN exercise of the power under Section 15 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023), the Governor is pleased to appoint from the date June 05, 2025 till June 13, 2025 (June 07, 2025 as Gazetted Holiday and June 13, 2025 as Reserve Holiday) all the Supervisors of the centers of UPJEE (P)-2025 conducted by Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Sanhita on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centers of which they are the Superintendents.
