IN exercise of the powers under section 130 of the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1965 (U.P. Act no. 11 of 1966) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amend the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968, namely :–

AMENDMENT) RULES, 2025
Short title and
1. (1) These Rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies commencement (Sixty-first Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
Amendment
2.
