IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education (Group A) Service Rules, 1985 :–
THE UTTAR PRADESH HIGHER EDUCATION (GROUP-A) SERVICE (THIRD AMENDMENT) RULES, 2025
Short title and
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education commencement (Group-A) Service (Third Amendment) Rules, 2025;
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education (Group-A) Service Rules, 1985, Subsititution of sub-rule 15(3)
for existing sub-rule 15(3) set out in Column-1 below, the rule as set out in Column-2 shall be subsitituted, namely:-
