vkKk ls] 2 mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 7 tqykbZ] 2025 The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no.1231/LXXXI-2-2025-29(10)2025, dated July 7, 2025 :

Dated Lucknow, July 7, 2025
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule below has been proposed to be declared as 'protected forest' under the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act no. 16 of 1927);
AND, WHEREAS, it has been examined under sub-section (3) of Section 29 of the aforesaid Act that no rights of any person are being deprived by declaring the aforesaid land as protected forest;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under Section 29 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to declare the land mentioned in the Schedule below to be "protected forest" from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette and it is also notified that all right and privileges conferred on the said land across all seasons under any rules published by the State Government shall continue unabated.
