No. 429/U.P./2023 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13B of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission hereby makes following amendments in its Notification No. 429/U.P./2023, dated 20th October, 2023, as amended from time to time, relating to appointments of Electoral Registration Officers of Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, namely :–
In Column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, the existing entry against the Assembly Constituency mentioned below shall be substituted with the following entry :–
