IN exercise of the powers conferred by the Article 234 and the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor in consultation with the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission and the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amend the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service Rules, 2001;

1. (1) These rules may be called The Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service (Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2025.
