IN partial modification in notification no. 43/2025/508/Chhappan-2025-31/2016(Stage-2A) dated 11.04.2025 under Section-11(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 regarding the land of 14 villages proposed for acquisition for the expansion (Stage-2/Phase-2 and Stage-2/Phase-3) of Noida International Airport Jewar, published by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Official Gazette dated 11th April, 2025, the correct statement should be read as follows–
1. The total area proposed for acquisition of Revenue Village-Banwaribas should be read as 84.8635 hectares instead of 84.7945 hectares.
2. The total area proposed for acquisition of Revenue Village-Jewar Banger should be read as 63.1197 hectares instead of 63.0722 hectares.
3. The total area required for the project should be read as 1857.8871 hectares instead of 1857.7706 hectares.
