IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 710/Eight-10-25-15E-2011, dated August 29, 2025:

WHEREAS in the opinion of the State Goverment the following area of district Ayodhya is required to be developed in a planned manner;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (President's Act no.11 of 1973) as re-enacted and amended by the Uttar Pradesh President's Acts (Re-enactment with Modifications) Act, 1974 (U.P. Act no. 30 of 1974) read with Section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendement in Government notification no. 4490/XI-5-85- 99D.A.-78, dated November 2, 1985, as amended from time to time, from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette:&
