IN exercise of the powers under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023) read with sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offence (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrates) Rules, 1997 and Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in partial modification of Government Notification no. 7/2025/336/VII-Nyay-2-2025-201G-95, dated May 5, 2025, the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to direct that name of the persons mentioned in the Schedule below whose appointments have been cancelled by the said High Court, shall be omitted from the aforesaid Notification dated May 5, 2025 with immediate effect.
