Act-1-2017-Order (359)-2025, dated September 20, 2025 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. K.A.NI.-2-395/XI-9(47)/17 U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (116)-2018 dated March 7, 2018 namely :-
AMENDMENT
IN the said notification, for the words, brackets, and figures "Schedule IV of notification no. KA.NI.-2-751/XI-9(15)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(01)-2017 Dated 21.06.2017" the following shall be substituted, namely "Schedule II or Schedule III of notification no. 1699/XI-2-25-9(47)/17-T.C.-284- U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(362)-2025 dated September 20, 2025."
2. This notification shall come into force on the 22nd day of September, 2025.
