The State Government intends to acquire the following lands in consultation with the concerned Panchayat/Municipality/Municipal Corporation, as the case may be, at village/ward level, in the affected area and carry out a Social Impact Assessment Study for public purpose. P.M. MITRA Park (Textile Park) project is being setup at Attari Farm situated in Tehsil Malihabad in Lucknow District by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Construction of its access road will develop Industrial Infrastructure and structure in P.M. MITRA Park and will facilitate the transportation of Raw Material and Products to the Industries/ Factories to be setup. This will provide employment opportunities along with commercial benefits to the State Government.

→ The Project Area and Affected Areas: Eleven Villages and about 50.0497 hectares of land as mentioned above in Tehsil Bakshi ka Talab and Malihabad of District Lucknow.

→ Whether consent of Gram Sabhas and/or land owners is required?

According to the provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Uttar Pradesh) Rules, 2016.
