IN exercise of the powers under clause (b) of Section 32 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Act no. 35 of 2019) read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in partial modification of notification no. 791/84-2-2024-1771142 dated November 4, 2024, the Governor, is pleased to direct the President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Pilibhit to exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hardoi said until further orders of the Government.
