IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending The Uttar Pradesh State Employement Officers' Service Rules, 2019.
THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE EMPLOYMENT OFFICERS' SERVICES
(FIRST AMENDMENT) RULES, 2025
1.(1) These Rules may be called The Uttar Pradesh State Employment Officers' Short title and commencement Service (First Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
Amendment of rule 3
2. In the Uttar Pradesh State Employment Officers' Service Rules, 2019 for existing Sub-rule (b) of Rule 3 set out in Column-1 below, the Sub-rule as set out in Column-II shall be substituted, namely:–
COLUMN- I (Existing sub-rule)
COLUMN- II (Sub-rule as hereby substituted)
3.(b) 'Appointing Authority' in respect of the posts of Assistant District Employment Assistance Officer means the Director, Employment, Uttar Pradesh and in respect of other posts in the service, means the Governor.
3.(b) 'Appointing Authority' in respect of the posts of Assistant District Employment Assistance Officer and District Employment Assistance Officer means the Director, Training and Employment, Uttar Pradesh and in respect of other posts in the service, means the Governor.
