Act no. 43 of 1975) the Governor is pleased to appoint, Shri P. Guru Prasad, Principal Secretary, Urban Development, Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation Department, Government of U.P. as the Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Urban) constituted under Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1975, (as amended Act, 2021), from the date of taking over charge of the said post, till further order of the Government.
Any other payment like salary, allowance or honorarium will not be paid to Shri P. Guru Prasad, Principal Secretary, Urban Development, Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation Department, Government of U.P. for this.
