Notification no. 1637/77-3099/124-2023 dated February 3, 2024, notification under Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been issued for the acquisition of 0.91107 hectare land in village Gunwatiyan/Bhowapar/ Saraiya/Suarha, Pargana Mahuli Purba, Tehsil Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar for the Gorakhpur Link Expressway Project.
In the Paragraph 9 of the said notification dated February 3, 2024 shall read "Sant Kabir Nagar"in place of "Azamgarh".
Above notification no. 1637/77-3099/124-2023 dated February 3, 2024 shall deemed to be amend up to this extent.
