IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of notification no. I/1133353–2025, dated November 5, 2025:

IN exercise of powers under rule 73 of the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021 and in supersession of the notification no. 2380/18-11-97-601-67 dated June 5, 1997, the Governor hereby directs, that the powers exercisable by the State Government under the rules mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule given below, may be exercised by the officers mentioned in Column-3 of the said Schedule within jurisdiction mentioned in Column-4 of the said Schedule in respect of minerals to which the aforesaid Rules apply and subject to such conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid Rules :-
