NOTIFICATION
IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1836@XI-2–25-9¼47½-17-T.C.- 299-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order ¼366½-2025, dated November 12, 2025 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of Section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-188/XI-9(47)/17- U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(06)-2019 dated January 24, 2019, namely:–
IN the aforesaid notification, in the Explanation, for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:–
"(c) "Nominated Agency" means entities mentioned in Lists 13, 14 and 15 appended to table-I of notification no. 45/2025-Customs, dated the 24th October, 2025 published in the Gazzete of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 sub-section (i);"
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of November, 2025.
