IN exercise of the powers under sub-rules (2), (3), (4) and (5) of rule 35 of the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021 and in supersession of the notification no. 3327/86-2017-151 (Sa.)-2017 dated January 4, 2018, the Governor is pleased to authorize the officers mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule given below to exercise the powers under the rules mentioned in Column-2 of the said Schedule in respect of minerals to which the said rules apply and subject to such conditions as mentioned in the said rules, within jurisdiction mentioned in Column-4 of the said Schedule :-
