IN exercise of the power under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no. 6 of 1976), the Governor is pleased to declare the area mentioned in the Schedule below as industrial development area for the Kanpur node of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor Project in Villages Maharajpur, Hatipur and Fufvarsaithok, Tehsil Narval, District Kanpur Nagar.
The Governor in exercise of the powers under the aforesaid sub-section is further pleased to include the aforesaid area in the area of the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority constituted vide notification no. 4246/77-4-94bha/07T.C. dated December 27, 2007.
The area, which is being included in the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority, shall be developed as an extension of the said Authority.
