No. 429/U.P./2023(1):- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13C of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission hereby makes following amendments in its Notification no. 429/U.P./2023(1), dated 20th October, 2023, as amended from time to time, relating to appointment of Assistant Electoral Registration Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, namely :–
In Column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, the existing entry against the Assembly constituencies mentioned below shall be substituted with the following corresponding entries:-
