WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest it is necessary and expedient so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 (U.P Act no. 30 of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, strikes for a period of six months in all services under the Uttar Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation, all Apex Co-operative Societies, all Co-operative Fedrations and all Co-operative Unions in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
Under sub-section (2) of the said Section, the Governor is further pleased to direct that this order shall be published in the Official Gazette.
