IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1262/I-5-2025-115- 2018, dated December 31, 2025 :

IN exercise of the powers under sub-sections (1) and (2) of the Section 6 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 (Act no. VII of 2012) read with Section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) and in partial modification of Government notifications issued earlier in this behalf, the Governor is pleased to alter, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the limits of :–
(1) Tehsil Baldirai, District Sultanpur by excluding the areas of 57 villages of Revenue Inspector Circle Saraigokul and Mayang mentioned in the Schedule below;
(2) Tehsil Sadar, District Sultanpur by including the areas of 57 villages mentioned in the said Schedule.
