IN exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with view to amending the 'Uttar Pradesh Civil Defence Deputy Controller Service Rules, 1992'.
UTTAR PRADESH CIVIL DEFENCE DEPUTY CONTROLLER SERVICE
(SECOND AMENDMENT) RULES, 2025
Short title and 1.(1) These rules may be called the 'Uttar Pradesh Civil Defence Deputy
commencement Controller Service (Second Amendment) Rules, 2025'.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
Substitution of 2. In the 'Uttar Pradesh Civil Defence Deputy Controller Service Rules, 1992',
rule 4(2) for existing sub rule 4 (2) set out in column-1 below the sub rule as set out in column-2
