Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 2382/LXXVII-3&2025-60(M)-2022 dated January 7, 2026:

Dated Lucknow, January 7, 2026
IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no. 6 of 1976), the Governor is pleased to declare the area mentioned in the Schedule below as industrial development area for the Aligarh node of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor Project in Villages Jalupur Shior and Jasrathpur, Tehsil Kol, District Aligarh.
The Governor in exercise of the powers under the aforesaid sub-section is further pleased to include the aforesaid area in the area of Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority constituted vide notification no. 4246/77-4-94bha/07T.C. dated December 27, 2007.
The area, which is being included in the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority, shall be developed as an extension of the said Authority.
