No. 429/UP/2023(1) :– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13C of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission hereby makes following amendments in its Notification No. 429/UP/2023(1), dated 20th October, 2023 as amended from time to time, relating to appointment of Assistant Electoral Registration Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, namely :-
In column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification, the existing entry against the Assembly Constituencies mentioned below shall be substituted with the following corresponding entries:&
