IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India,
the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification
no. 44/Aath-10–2026-15E-2011, dated January 27, 2026:

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (7) of Section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 11 of 1973) as re-enacted and amended by the Uttar Pradesh President's Acts (Re-enactment with Modifications) Act, 1974 (U.P. Act no. 30 of 1974) read with Section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 4472/9vkokl-5-96-99Mh0,0/78 dated November 26, 1996, as amended from time to time, with a view to restructure the "Ayodhya Development Authority" members whereof are specified in the Schedule below.

In the aforesaid notification, for the existing table, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:–
