IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no. 6 of 1976), the Governor is pleased to declare the area mentioned in the Schedule below as industrial development area for the Chitrakoot node of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor Project Villages Khutaura, Bakta Bujurg and Phadi Bujurg, Tehsil Karvi, District Chitrakoot.
The Governor in exercise of the powers under the aforesaid sub-section is further pleased to include the aforesaid area in the area of Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority constituted vide notification no. 4246/77-4-94bha/07T.C. Dated December 27, 2007.
The area, which is being included in the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority, shall be developed as an extension of the said Authority.
