NOTIFICATION
No. 429/UP/2023(1) :–IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13C of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission hereby makes following amendment in its Notification No. 429/UP/2023(1), dated 20th October, 2023 as amended from time to time, relating to appointment of Assistant Electoral Registration Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, namely:– In column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification, the existing entry against the Assembly Constituency mentioned below shall be substituted with the following corresponding entry:–
