IN exercise of the powers under Sections 21 and 23 of the Uttar Pradesh Protections of Trees Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no. 45 of 1976), read with Section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 24/81-5–2020-07-93, dated January 7, 2020, namely:–
AMENDMENT
In the aforesaid notification, in paragraph-2 for the date "31st December, 2025", the date "31st December, 2027" shall be substituted.
2. All other terms and conditions of the aforesaid notification shall remain unchanged.
