1. सं(cid:468)(cid:162)(cid:431) नाम और (cid:292)ार(cid:224)भ– (1) यह िनयमावली उ(cid:419)र (cid:292)देश देशी म(cid:465)दरा को बोतल(cid:585) म(cid:581) भरने क(cid:551) िनयमावली,((cid:292)थम संशोधन) 2025 कह(cid:547) जायेगी।

(2) यह (cid:465)दनांक 01 अ(cid:292)ैल, 2025 से (cid:292)वृ(cid:419) हुई समझी जायेगी।

2. िनयम-3 का संशोधन– उ(cid:419)र (cid:292)देश देशी म(cid:465)दरा को बोतल(cid:585) म(cid:581) भरने क(cid:551) िनयमावली, 2022 ((cid:468)जसे आगे उ(cid:416) िनयमावली 2022 कहा गया है) म(cid:581) नीचे (cid:232)तंभ-एक म(cid:581) (cid:465)दये गये (cid:466)व(cid:429)मान िनयम 3 के (cid:232)थान पर (cid:232)त(cid:224)भ-दो म(cid:581) (cid:465)दया गया िनयम रख (cid:465)दया जायेगा, अथा(cid:91)त ् :–

(1) बोतल(cid:585) म(cid:581) भरने का लाइस(cid:581)स, (cid:292)प(cid:287) सी0एल0बी0-1 (1) बोतल(cid:585) म(cid:581) भरने का लाइस(cid:581)स, (cid:292)प(cid:287) सी0एल0बी0-1 म(cid:581) आबकार(cid:547) आयु(cid:416) (cid:430)ारा िन(cid:224)न को (cid:232)वीकृ त (cid:465)कया

म(cid:581) आबकार(cid:547) आयु(cid:416) (cid:430)ारा िन(cid:224)न को (cid:232)वीकृ त (cid:465)कया जा सकता है:-

लाइस(cid:581)स (cid:232)वीकृ त (cid:465)कये जाने के (cid:465)दनांक से दो वष(cid:574) (cid:162)मता का प(cid:205)चीस (cid:510)पया (cid:292)ित (cid:465)क०ली० जमा कर

के भीतर (cid:232)वीकृ त (cid:162)मता का प(cid:583)तीस (cid:509)पया (cid:292)ित पेय आसवनी अिध(cid:437)ा(cid:466)पत करना होगा। य(cid:465)द उ(cid:416)

(cid:465)क०ली० जमा कर पेय आसवनी अिध(cid:437)ा(cid:466)पत करना इकाई (cid:466)विन(cid:465)द(cid:91)(cid:436) अविध के भीतर पेय आसवनी

होगा। य(cid:465)द उ(cid:416) इकाई (cid:466)विन(cid:465)द(cid:91)(cid:436) अविध के भीतर (cid:232)था(cid:466)पत करने म(cid:581) (cid:466)वफल रहती है तो पूव(cid:574)(cid:200)त ब(cid:583)क

पेय आसवनी (cid:232)था(cid:466)पत करने म(cid:581) (cid:466)वफल रहती है तो (cid:292)(cid:215)याभूित, आबकार(cid:547) आयु(cid:416) (cid:430)ारा रा(cid:207)य सरकार के

पूव(cid:574)(cid:200)त ब(cid:583)क (cid:292)(cid:215)याभूित, आबकार(cid:547) आयु(cid:416) (cid:430)ारा प(cid:162) म(cid:581) समप(cid:511)तकर ली जायेगी और बोतल भराई

रा(cid:207)य सरकार के प(cid:162) म(cid:581) समप(cid:511)तकर ली जायेगी लाइस(cid:581)स, आसवनी (cid:292)वित(cid:91)त (cid:465)कये जाने तक

और बोतल भराई लाइस(cid:581)स, आसवनी (cid:292)वित(cid:91)त (cid:465)कये िनल(cid:468)(cid:224)बत अव(cid:232)था म(cid:581) रहेगा;

इस िनयमावली के िनयम 7(2) म(cid:581) इस िनयमावली के िनयम 7(2) म(cid:581) नवीकरण शु(cid:227)क के (cid:465)दये गये आगणन (cid:466)विध के लाइस(cid:581)स फ(cid:551)स/ नवीकरण शु(cid:227)क के (cid:465)दये गये आगणन अनुसार आग(cid:468)णत लाइस(cid:581)स फ(cid:551)स का संदाय (cid:465)कये जाने (cid:466)विध के अनुसार आग(cid:468)णत लाइस(cid:581)स फ(cid:551)स का संदाय पर आबकार(cid:547) वष(cid:91) या उसके आंिशक भाग के िलए (cid:465)कये जाने पर आबकार(cid:547) वष(cid:91) या उसके आंिशक भाग (cid:292)प(cid:287) सी0एल0बी0-1 अथवा सी0एल0बी0-2 म(cid:581) लाइस(cid:581)स के िलए (cid:292)प(cid:287) सी0एल0बी0-1 अथवा सी0एल0बी0-2 म(cid:581) (cid:292)दान (cid:465)कया जा सकता है।

पर(cid:219)तु यह (cid:465)क (cid:292)प(cid:287) सी0एल0बी0-2 म(cid:581) नये पर(cid:219)तु यह (cid:465)क (cid:292)प(cid:287) सी0एल0बी0-2 म(cid:581) नये लाइस(cid:581)सी (cid:232)वीकृ ित (cid:293)(cid:581) चाइजी फ(cid:551)स , जैसा (cid:465)क िनयम लाइस(cid:581)सी (cid:232)वीकृ ित (cid:293)(cid:581) चाइजी फ(cid:551)स, जैसा (cid:465)क िनयम 7(2) म(cid:581) (cid:466)व(cid:465)हत क(cid:551) गयी है, भी आबकार(cid:547) वष(cid:91) के 7(2) म(cid:581) (cid:466)व(cid:465)हत क(cid:551) गयी है, भी आबकार(cid:547) वष(cid:91) के आंिशक भाग के िलए संदेय होगी।

आंिशक भाग के िलए संदेय होगी;

पर(cid:219)तु यह (cid:465)क (cid:292)प(cid:287) सी0एल0बी0-1 या पर(cid:219)तु यह और (cid:465)क (cid:292)प(cid:287) सी0एल0बी0-1 या सी0एल0बी0-2 लाइस(cid:581)स के िलए (cid:219)यूनतम लाइस(cid:581)स फ(cid:551)स सी0एल0बी0-2 लाइस(cid:581)स के िलए (cid:219)यूनतम लाइस(cid:581)स दो लाख (cid:509)पये होगी।

फ(cid:551)स दो लाख (cid:509)पये होगी।

4. िनयम-5 का संशोधन--उ(cid:416) िनयमावली म(cid:581) नीचे, (cid:232)त(cid:224)भ-एक म(cid:581), (cid:465)दये गये (cid:466)व(cid:429)मान िनयम-5 के (cid:232)थान पर (cid:232)त(cid:224)भ-दो म(cid:581) (cid:465)दया गया िनयम रख (cid:465)दया जायेगा, अथा(cid:91)त ् :–

5- आवेदन (cid:465)कए जाने क(cid:551) (cid:292)(cid:465)(cid:272)या- 5(1) िनयम-3 के 5- आवेदन (cid:465)कए जाने क(cid:551) (cid:292)(cid:465)(cid:272)या- 5(1) िनयम-3 के अधीन बोतल भराई लाइस(cid:581)स के िलए आवेदन करने अधीन बोतल भराई लाइस(cid:581)स के िलए आवेदन करने वाला कोई (cid:229)य(cid:466)(cid:416) आवेदन प(cid:287) को अिभ(cid:465)हत पोट(cid:91)ल वाला कोई (cid:229)य(cid:466)(cid:416) आवेदन प(cid:287) को अिभ(cid:465)हत पोट(cid:91)ल पर अपलोड करेगा और वह आवेदन प(cid:287) के साथ पर अपलोड करेगा और वह आवेदन प(cid:287) के साथ िन(cid:224)निल(cid:468)खत (cid:466)ववरण आबकार(cid:547) आयु(cid:416), उ(cid:419)र (cid:292)देश िन(cid:224)निल(cid:468)खत (cid:466)ववरण आबकार(cid:547) आयु(cid:416), उ(cid:419)र (cid:292)देश को (cid:292)(cid:232)तुत करेगा, अथा(cid:91)त ्ः-

दौरान बोतल भराई क(cid:551) जायेगी।

(छ) तीन (cid:292)ितय(cid:585) म(cid:581) भू-गृहा(cid:465)द का एक (cid:466)व(cid:232)तृत न(cid:200)शा, (छ) तीन (cid:292)ितय(cid:585) म(cid:581) भू-गृहा(cid:465)द का एक (cid:466)व(cid:232)तृत न(cid:200)शा सभी (cid:232)थायी (cid:465)फ(cid:200)सचस(cid:91) (cid:465)दखाये गये ह(cid:585); दौरान (cid:468)जसम(cid:581) (cid:466)विभ(cid:219)न क(cid:162) या उपक(cid:162) तथा उसम(cid:581) सभी बोतल भराई क(cid:551) जायेगी; (cid:468)जसम(cid:581) (cid:466)विभ(cid:219)न क(cid:162) या (cid:232)थायी (cid:465)फ(cid:200)चस(cid:91) (cid:465)दखाये गये हो;

उपक(cid:162) तथा उसम(cid:581)

In exercise of the powers under sections 24-B and 41 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act No. 4 of 1910) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act No. 1 of 1904), the Excise Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh with the previous sanction of the State Government hereby makes the following rules with a view to amend the Uttar Pradesh Bottling of Country Liquor Rules ,2022 published vide Notification no. 7359/ X-Licence/Bottling of Country Liquor Rules-2020 dated October 03, 2022, namely:–

THE UTTAR PRADESH BOTTLING OF COUNTRY LIQUOR

(FIRST AMENDMENT) RULES, 2025

1. Short title and commencement–(1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Bottling of Country Liquor (First Amendments) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with

effect from 01st day of April, 2025.

2. Amendment of rule-3– In the Uttar Pradesh Bottling of Country Liquor Rules, 2022, (hereinafter referred to as the "said rules"), for rule 3 set out in Column-I below, the rule as set out in Column-II, shall be substituted, namely :–
