IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (5) of Section 82 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act no. 36 of 2003) read with sub-rule (8) of Rule 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment and Conditions of Service of the Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2008 the Governor is pleased to appoint Sri Griesh Kumar Vaish, resident of 104/47A, Jawahar Nagar, Macnear Road, Bareilly (U.P.) as the Member (Law) of the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commision, Lucknow, with effect from the date of his taking over charge.
