CORRIGENDUM
IN the English translation of the 'General Rules (Criminal), (Amendment) Rules, 2017 promulgated vide notification no. 1255/VII-Nyay-2-2018-91G-2018 dated August 14, 2018' in place of certain typographical errors, the following amendments are made:
(1) In Rule 17, in Amended Column, the word 'he' written between the words "In", "Case" be read as 'the'.
(2) In Rule 21-A, in Column 2 of 'Amended Column' at serial no. 05 of, the word 'And' be inserted between the words "Family Court", "Additional Principal Judge Family Court".
(3) In 'Rule 53' in both the Columns', the word 'under' printed between the words "or", "influence" be read as 'undue'.
(4) In 'Rule 103', in the 'Existing Column' of the sentence 'The District Magistrate also whether he proposes to employ such counsel or not', be deleted.
The English translation of The General Rules (Criminal) (Amendment) Rules, 2017 should be modified to the above extent. By order,
