THE Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 794 /LXXVII-3–2026-37(M)-2012 dated April 28 , 2026:

Dated Lucknow, April 28, 2026

WHEREAS, vide notification no. 2747/LXXVII-3-17-37M-12 dated December 15, 2017 issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, under section 2 read with Section 9 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 (Act no.8 of 1851), as amended in its application to the State of Uttar Pradesh, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has authorized the levy of fee on use of the "Access Controlled Six Lane (Expandable to Eight Lane) Greenfield 'Ganga Expressway' (Group-III), "From Km. 289+300, (Village-Ubariya Khurd, District-Hardoi) to Km. 445+000 (Village-Sarso, District-Unnao) Design length 155.700 Km.";

AND, WHEREAS, the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as the ''Authority'') has entered into an agreement with M/s Hardoi Unnao Road Pvt. Ltd., having its Registered Office at Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, NR., Vaishno Devi Circle, S.G. Highway, Khodiyar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India- 382421 (hereinafter referred to as the "Concessionaire") for the development of the Ganga Expressway (Group-III) Section from Km. 289+300 to Km. 445+00088 RPH 2026 (Audyogik Vikas Anubhg-3) Data 1e mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 28 vçSy] 2026 3 (hereinafter referred to as the ''said Section'') on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 (Act no. 8 of 1851) , as amended in its application to the State of Uttar Pradesh, read with Rule 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Expressway (Levy of Tolls and fixing of Fees and Realisation Thereof) (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2017 and its subsequent amendments up to the bid due date, the Governor, having regard to the expenditure involved in building, maintenance, management and operation of the said Section of the said Expressway, interest on the capital invested, reasonable return, the volume of traffic and the period of said agreement between the Authority and the Concessionaire, is pleased to notify that there shall be levied and collected fees on mechanical vehicles for the use of the stretch from Km. 289+300 to Km. 445+000 of Ganga Expressway, including the permanent bridge, interchange, flyover, ROB/RUB, bypass or tunnel costing Rs. 50 crores (fifty crores) or more, in the State of Uttar Pradesh at the rates specified in the aforesaid rules; and the Governor is further pleased to authorize the said Concessionaire to collect and retain the said fees on and from the date of commercial operation of the said section of Expressway, subject to and in accordance with the said rules and the provisions of the aforesaid agreement.

The fee levied and collected here under shall be due and payable at the following Toll Plazas for the distance specified for such Toll Plaza:–

interchange, flyover, ROB/RUB, bypass or tunnel, as the case may be, costing Rs. 50 crores (fifty crores) or more as specified below shall be due and payable at the following Toll Plaza:–
