IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(3) of Section 3 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. XVI of 1908), read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. X of 1897), and read with Section 24-A of the Court Fees Act, 1870 (Act no. VII of 1870), and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor is pleased to form the circle offices of Deputy Inspector General of Registration and Deputy Commissioner of Stamps to establish the offices of Deputy Inspector General of Registration and Deputy Commissioner of Stamps as mentioned in Column 2 of the Schedule below, and to prescribe the territorial limits of each office as mentioned in Column 3 of the Schedule below.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
