The State Government intends to acquire the following lands in consultation with the concerned Panchayat/Municipality/Municipal Corporation, as the case may be, at village/ward level, in the affected area and carry out a Social Impact Assessment study for public purpose. The study shall be undertaken as per the provisions of Section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no. 30 of 2013).
