IN exercise of the powers under section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023) read with sub-rule (ii) of Rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offence (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrate) Rules, 1997, the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to appoint the persons mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below as the Special Judicial Magistrates to try petty offences defined in Clause (c) of Rule 2 of the said rules, to the Courts 3 mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 15 twu] 2026 established vide Government notification no. 3093-VII-Nyay-2-08-201G/95 dated August 26, 1996 in the district mentioned against each in Column-3 of the said Schedule, for a period of one year from the date of their taking over charge.
