IN exercise of the powers under section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023) read with sub-rule (ii) of Rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offence (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrate) Rules, 1997, and Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1987) and in partial modification of Government notification no. 21/2023/410/VII-Nyay-2–2023-201G/95, dated May 24, 2023, the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to direct that name of the person mentioned in the Schedule below whose appointments has been cancelled by the said High Court, shall be omitted from the aforesaid notification dated May 24, 2023 with immediate effect.
