WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest it is necessary and expedient so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 ( U. P. Act no. 30 of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit with effect from the date of Publication of this nitification in the Official Gazette, strikes for a period of six months in all services under the Uttar Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation, all Apex Co-operative Societies, all Co-operative Federations and all Co-operative Unions in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
Under sub-section (2) of the aforesaid Section, the Governor is further pleased to direct that this order shall be published in the Official Gazette.
