IN exercise of the powes under section 78-A of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908) as amended in its application to the State of Uttar Pradesh, the Governor, with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, is pleased to remit the registration fees payable on the instrument of conveyance in favour of Handloom and Textiles Department (Hathkargha evam Vastrodyog Vibhag), Government of Uttar Pradesh relating to the land of 4 spinning mills of Uttar Pradesh Sahakari Katayi Mills Sangh Limited as mentioned in Column-1 of the Schedule below, to the extent of the area as mentioned in Column-2 thereof for establishing Textile Park under Sant Kabir Textile and Apparel Park Scheme.
