vkKk ls] 2 mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 4 vxLr] 2026 The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 39/2026/1552/XCIV-1–2026-312(25)-2022, dated August 4, 2026:

IN exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 5 and 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908), and with a view to promoting public convenience, e-Governance, expeditious registration of documents, balanced distribution of workload and optimum utilisation of the available infrastructure, the Governor is pleased to make the following order in partial modification of the notifications issued from time to time in this behalf, namely:-
1. The offices of the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow Sadar First, the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow Sadar Second, the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow Sadar Third, the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow Sadar Fourth and the Sub- Registrar, Lucknow Sadar Fifth, subordinate to the Registrar, Lucknow, are hereby amalgamated with the office of the Registrar, Lucknow.
2. Consequent upon the aforesaid amalgamation, the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow Sadar First; the Sub- Registrar, Lucknow Sadar Second; the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow Sadar Third; the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow Sadar Fourth; and the Sub-Registrar, Lucknow Sadar Fifth are hereby authorised to exercise the powers vested in the Registrar, Lucknow, under section 30 of the Registration Act, 1908, to register all documents relating to properties situated within the jurisdiction of registration sub-district Mohanlalganj, without prejudice to the existing powers and jurisdictions of the Sub-Registrar, Mohanlalganj.
3. This notification shall come into force with effect from date of it's issue.
