IN exercise of the powers under proviso to Clause (d) of Section 2 of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981 (Act no. 61 of 1981), the Governor is pleased to declare that,—

1. Balrampur District Cooperative Bank Limited, Balrampur (Area of Operation District Balrampur and Gonda) (Registration no. UPCR0001729 dated December 20, 2025) registered under the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1965 (U.P. Act no. 11 of 1966), having its registered office at Balrampur shall be the Central Co-operative Bank for districts Balrampur and Gonda of the State of Uttar Pradesh, for the purposes of the aforesaid Act of 1981, with effect from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette.

2. This declaration shall remain in force until further orders.
