vkKk ls] oh0 gsdkyh f>ekseh, izeq[k lfpoA 2 mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 31 vxLr] 2026 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1681/LXXXI-4–2026 dated August 31, 2026 :

IN exercise of the powers under Clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 26A of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (Act no.53 of 1972) read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 1529/81-4-2024, dated December 27, 2024, namely: –
AMENDMENT
In the aforesaid notification, in paragraph-7, the words "with the condition that the Eco-Sensitive Zone around the boundary of this additionally included area in the sanctuary shall be kept zero Kilometers" shall be deemed to be omitted with effect from December 27, 2024.
2. All other terms and conditions of the aforesaid notification shall remain unchanged.
