Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories has notified Fuel and Power Purchase Cost Adjustment Formula (FPPCA) Order dated 27-06-2012 in compliance of judgment dated 11-11-2011 in O. P. No. 1 and as required to be specified under Clause 7(2) of JERC for State of Goa and UTs (Terms and Conditions for determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009. Further JERC vide Tariff Order dated 18th April, 2016 has approved 'K' factor for 2016-17 applicable for different consumer categories for use in the FPPCA formula.
The levy of FPPCA for 3rd quarter of FY 2016-17 (October, 2016 to December, 2016) to be levied in the month of January, 2017 to be billed in February, 2017, February, 2017 to be billed in March, 2017 & March, 2017 to be billed in April, 2017 is hereby brought to the notice of the general public.
