The following order of the Governor of Goa dated 1st March, 2017 is hereby published for general information:
"Order
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-clause (a) of clause (2) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, Mridula Sinha, Governor of Goa, on this 1st day of March, 2017, hereby prorogue the Legislative Assembly of Goa, which was adjourned sine die on 28th February, 2017/Phalguna 9, 1938 (Saka), after its Fifteenth Session 2017, of the Sixth Legislative Assembly.
