Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 115, 116 and 117 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) read with Government Notification No. 5/28/88/TPT (PART) dated 26th September, 1989, I Swapnil M.
